Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion is valid from 15^th March 2023 to 25^th April 2023.

A customer who spends BHD 5 at LuLu Hypermarket Bahrain’s All branches is eligible for an Electronic raffle Draw.

This promotion is only valid for customers who: 

To get the raffle coupon, the customer shall: 

1. Keep his shopping receipt showing spend of BHD 5 or more during the promotion period
2. A Customer who spends BHD 5 at Participating brands is eligible for 2 raffle coupons
3. Register online by visiting (https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-bh/pages/raffle/lulu-live-for-free) on the phone/pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his receipt number until  27^th April 2023. 

     Or

1. Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
2. Once the customer has registered, the next time they have to participate with a new receipt, she/ he only needs to enter the mobile number only and the new receipt number.
3. A Receipt can be claimed only once.
4. Multiple bills combined to reach the Amount BHD 5 value will not be eligible for Electronic raffle Draw.  
5. Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
6. The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.

1. The Electronic Raffle number will be sent by email and sms (text message).

1. The Electronic Raffle Number will be issued on valid claims only.
2. The Electronic Raffle Number will be sent out within 48 working hours of registration.
3. The customer needs to save the SMS (text message) / email for future use.
4. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
5. Please note it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID for registering. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.
6. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
7. If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest LuLu.
8. LuLu reserves its right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice after MOICT approval.
9. The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of the concerned (MOIC) Ministry officials.
10. The raffle draw for the Lulu Gift Card winners will be conducted Every 10 days / Dates: 19-3-2023, 29-3-2023, 9-4-2023, 19-4-2023, 30-4-2023.
11. The winner’s names will be also announced on LuLu’s social media channels, website and in the stores.
12. To claim the prize, as per the Ministry rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within 6 months, with the following documents:
    1. Bahrain ID original. 
    2. Email or short SMS from LuLu intimating about winning the prize.
13. If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize. 
14. If the Customer did not come to claim the prizes with in 6 months, the prizes will go to MOIC custody
15. Employees of LuLu, and their sister concerns, also Participating brands employees as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS 

Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for LuLu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and LuLu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Bahrain.

يسري العرض من 15 مارس 2023 حتى 25 أبريل 2023

العميل الذي ينفق 5 دنانير على أي منتج في جميع أفرع لولو هايبر ماركت في البحرين مؤهل لسحب  الإلكتروني.

هذا العرض صالح فقط للعملاء الذين يتوفر فيهم التالي:        

أ/  أنفق 5 دنانير أو أكثر في أي من متاجر لولو هايبر ماركت في البحرين (لا تشمل مشتريات لولو عبر الإنترنت في العرض الترويجي)

ب/ العميل الذي ينفق 5 دنانير في العلامات التجارية المشاركة مؤهل للحصول على قسيمتي سحب.

ج/ جميع سكان مملكة البحرين.

من اجل الحصول على كوبون السحب، يجب :

ا/ الإحتفاظ برصيد الشراء الخاص بك الذي يثبت إنفاق 5  دنانير أو أكثر خلال فترة العرض.

ب/ العميل الذي ينفق 5 دنانير في العلامات التجارية المشاركة مؤهل للحصول على قسيمتي سحب.

ج/ التسجيل عبر الموقع الإلكتروني (lulu-live-for-free/https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-bh/pages/raffle)  عن طريق هاتف النقال، أو كمبيوتر، أو تابلت و ملأ كافة البيانات المطلوبة بما فيها رقم رصيد الشراء حتى 27 أبريل 2023.

أو

ج/ زياره مكتب خدمة العملاء داخل المتجر والقيام بالتسجيل على الكمبيوتر المحمول المتوفر لديهم و ادخال البيانات المطلوبة

1.       يعتبر كل مشترك مسئول مسؤليه كامله عن إعطاء المعلومات الكامله والصحيحه للمشاركة في العرض .

2.       للمشاركة مره ثانيه ما عليك سوى إدخال رقم الهاتف الخاص بك ورقم رصيد الشراء الجديد.

3.       يمكن المطالبة بالإيصال مرة واحدة فقط.

4.       الفواتير المتعددة مجتمعة لتصل إلى قيمة 5 دنانير لن تكون مؤهلة للسحب الإلكتروني

5.       شراء قسيمة الهدايا لا يؤهلك للدخول في السحب .

6.       سوف يتم التحقق من الأرصدة المسجلة حتى يتم حساب عدد فرص التأهل المستحقة للعميل.

7.       سوف نقوم بإرسال رقم الاشتراك الخاص بك عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة والبريد الإلكتروني.

8.       سيصدر رقم كوبون إلكتروني على الأرصدة الصحيحة فقط.

9.       سوف نقوم بإرسال أرقام السحب الإلكترونية في خلال 48 ساعة خلال أوقات العمل بعد التسجيل.

10.   يجب على العميل الإحتفاظ بالرسالة القصيرة أو البريد الإلكتروني للإستخدام في المستقبل.

11.   متجر اللولو غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب معلومات خاطئة من العميل.

12.   يرجى الملاحظة انه من الأفضل إستخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك أثناء التسجيل وليس البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بعملك حيث يمكن أن يؤدي بأن تحسب رسائلنا كدعاية أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها بسبب سياسات الشركة المعنية.

13.   يعتبر متجر اللولو غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب أي مشاكل فنية أو مشاكل في شبكات الإتصالات.

14.   إذا أراد العميل إعادة التأكد من أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية الصادرة له، يمكنه زيارة مكتب خدمة العملاء في أقرب متجر لولو.

15.   يحتفظ متجر اللولو بحق تمديد اَخر موعد لهذا العرض أو اَخر موعد لتسليم أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية دون إشعار مسبق بعد اخطار وموافقة وزارة الصناعة والتجارة.

16.   سوف يتم السحب على أسماء الفائزين تحت إشراف مسؤولي الوزارة (وزارة الصناعة والتجارة) المعنية.

17.   سيتم إجراء السحب على الفائزين ببطاقة هدايا اللولو كل 10 أيام / التواريخ: 19/03/2023 ، 29/03/2023 ، 09/04/2023 ، 19/04/2023 ، 30/04/2023.

18.   سيتم إعلان أسماء الفائزين عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الخاصة بلولو و الموقع الخاص بلولو وداخل المتاجر.

19.   يجب على الفائزين المعلنه أسمائهم الحضور إلى المتجر  خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ السحب ومعه الوثائق التالية :

·         بطاقة الذكية البحرينية الأصلية.

·         رسالة البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية قصيرة من متجر اللولو التي توضح أسم الفائز

20.   إذا لم يأت الفائز لأي سبب من الأسباب إلى المتجر المعين ومعه الأوراق المطلوبة لأخذ الجائزة خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد، فسيخسر الجائزة.

21.   في حال لم يأتي العميل للمطالبة بالجوائز خلال 6 أشهر ، فستذهب الجوائز إلى وزارة التجارة والصناعة.

22.   لا يحق للعاملين في متاجر اللولو والعاملين في العلامات التجارية المشاركة أو لأي من أفراد عائلاتهم الإشتراك في هذا العرض.

إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية

المشاركة في هذا العرض تعطي متجر اللولو الحق في إستخدام أسماء المشتركين و معلوماتهم الشخصية أو أي تصريحات أدلى بها المشتركون بخصوص هذا العرض أو متجر اللولو للدعاية و الأغراض الترويجية دون إشعار مسبق أو تعويض، إلا في الحالات التي يمنعها القانون.

أي نزاع بشأن العرض الترويجي سيستوجب الخضوع لمحاكم مملكة البحرين.
