"Complete the Survey and Get a Chance to Win an iPhone 15"

By participating in this survey, participants acknowledge agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

  • This promotion is open to selected Lulu Happiness registered customers of Lulu Hypermarket, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Lulu, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Survey Period:

  • The survey period begins on 18th June 2024 and ends on 26th June 2024 at 11:59 PM GST. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
  • The survey link will be disabled once the survey is completed and submitted. 

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, eligible participants must complete the survey by clicking the link provided in communication.
  • Completion of the survey automatically enters the participant into the raffle draw.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

  • One (1) iPhone 15 will be awarded to a randomly selected winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
  •  Lulu Hypermarket LLC. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
  • The drawing will take place 7 days after the survey period ends.
  • The winner will be announced and notified via the email address or registered phone number provided in the survey.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Lulu Hypermarket LLC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

·       For verification winner is required to present a valid National ID, passport, or any form of identification to enable us to hand over the prize.

6. Data Privacy:

  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this survey and in accordance with Lulu's privacy policy available at https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-ae/privacy-policy
  • By entering this promotion, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and awarding the prize.

7. General Conditions:

  • Lulu Hypermarket LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Lulu's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Lulu at its sole discretion.
  • Lulu reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
  • By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Lulu, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Lulu Hypermarket LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the promotion.
  • By participating in the survey, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lulu Hypermarket LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the survey or receipt of the prize.

9. Governing Law:

  • The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
