Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion is valid from 20.03.2022 – 18.06.2022

Spend AED 100 on any products is eligible for a raffle coupon.

This promotion is only valid for customers who: 

  1. Spend AED 100 or more on any products at Lulu Hypermarket Ghyathi Mall & AL Dhafra Mall (Luluhypermarket.com is not included in the promotion)
  2. Have a bill or multiple bills that can be registered if purchase is made from the same store and having the same shopping date. The bills will be clubbed together for the calculation of eligibility.
  3.  Are UAE residents’ 18 years old and above.

In order to get the raffle coupon, the customer shall: 

  1. Keep his shopping receipt showing the spend of AED 100 or more during the promotion period
  2. Register online by visiting http://uae.luluhypermarket.com/all/raffle on the phone/ pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his receipt ID before 21st  May 2022. 

     Or

  1. Go to the Customer Service Desk in the store and on the laptops provided in the store to register by filling in all the details.

Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.

Once the customer has registered, the next time he/she wants to participate with a new receipt, he/she only needs to enter the mobile number only and the new receipt ID. 

A Receipt can be claimed only once. 

Multiple bills combined to reach the AED 100 value will be eligible for a raffle coupon registered if purchase is made from the same store and having the same shopping date.

Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility. 

The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.

The raffle coupons will be sent by email and SMS.

The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.

The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours.

The customer needs to save the SMS/email for future use.

LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.

Please be noted that for the registration process, it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.

LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.

If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest LuLu.

LuLu reserves its right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice .

The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of the concerned municipality officials.

The raffle draw for the Nissan Patrol will be completed by the 19th June 2022.

The winners names will be also announced on LuLu’s social media channels, website and in the stores.

To claim the prize, as per the municipality rules, the winner needs to come to the designated store within the stipulated time (mentioned in the communication), with the following documents:

a. Emirates ID original. 

b. Email from LuLu intimating about winning the prize.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize. 

Employees of LuLu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS 

Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for LuLu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and LuLu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
