يسري العرض من تاريخ ٢٥ أبريل وحتى ٣ أغسطس ٢٠٢٤
كل عملية شراء لمنتجات السوبر ماركت والمتجر المتعدد الأقسام بقيمة ٥٠ ريال قطري تكون مؤهلة للحصول على قسيمة السحب الإلكتروني.
هذا العرض صالح فقط للعميل الذي:
أ – عند الشراء من لولو هايبر ماركت أو متجر لولو الإلكتروني بقيمة ٥٠ ريال قطري أو أكثر في عملية شراء واحدة في أي من منافذ لولو في قطر بما في ذلك متجر لولو الإلكتروني.
ب – من سكان دولة قطر من سن ١٨ عاماً وأكبر.
للحصول على كوبون السحب يجب عليك:
أ – الحفاظ على قسيمة الشراء الخاصة بك والتي توضح عملية الشراء من هايبر ماركت اللولو خلال فترة العرض.
ب – التسجيل على موقع

عن طريق الهاتف المحمول أو الكمبيوتر أو التابليت وتسجيل المعلومات الخاصة بقسيمة الشراء قبل تاريخ ٣ أغسطس ٢٠٢٤ الساعة ١١:٥٩ مساءً.
أو قم بزيارة قسم خدمة العملاء وسجل معلوماتك لديهم بالإضافة إلى بطاقة الهوية الشخصية.
كل مشترك مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن إعطاء المعلومات الصحيحة للمشاركة.
للتسجيل مرة ثانية، ما عليك سوى تسجيل رقم الهاتف الخاص بك ورقم قسيمة الشراء الجديدة.
تستخدم قسيمة الشراء لمرة واحدة فقط.
لن تكون الفواتير المتعددة المجمعة للوصول إلى شراء منتجات ساديا المحددة مؤهلة للحصول على قسيمة السحب الإلكتروني.
شراء قسيمة الهدايا لا يؤهلك في دخول السحب.
القسائم المشاركة سوف تُحسب لمعرفة كم قسيمة شارك بها كل شخص.
سوف نقوم بإرسال كوبونات السحب عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة والبريد الالكتروني.
كوبونات السحب ستصدر على القسائم الصحيحة فقط.
سوف نقوم بإرسال كوبونات السحب خلال ٤٨ ساعة من أوقات العمل.
يجب على العميل الاحتفاظ بالرسالة القصيرة أو البريد الالكتروني للاستخدام في المستقبل.
متجر اللولو غير مسؤول عن الفشل في توصيل كوبونات السحب بسبب معلومات خاطئة من العميل.
يرجى الملاحظة بأن من الأفضل استخدام البريد الالكتروني الخاص بك أثناء التسجيل. استخدام البريد الالكتروني الخاص بعملك يمكن أن يؤدي لأن تحسب رسائلنا كدعاية أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها بسبب سياسات الشركة المعنية.
متجر اللولو غير مسؤول عن الفشل في توصيل كوبونات السحب بسبب أي مشاكل فنية أو مشاكل في شبكات الاتصالات.
إذا أراد العميل إعادة التأكد من كوبونات السحب الصادرة له، يمكنه زيارة قسم خدمة العملاء في أقرب فرع لدى اللولو.
متجر اللولو يحتفظ بحق تمديد آخر موعد لهذا العرض أو آخر موعد لتسليم الكوبونات دون إشعار مسبق.
سوف يتم السحب على أسماء الفائزين تحت إشراف مسؤولي البلدية المعنية.
يتم السحب على عرض تسوق واربح جوائز تصل إلى ١ مليون ريال قطري نقداً وقسائم شرائية و ١ مليون نقاط ولاء، سيتم السحب في ٥ أغسطس ٢٠٢٤ في هايبر ماركت اللولو، الطريق الدائري الرابع
سيتم إجراء السحب للفوز بمليون ريال قطري و ١ مليون نقاط ولاء في ٥ أغسطس ٢٠٢٤، هايبر ماركت اللولو، الطريق الدائري الرابع.
أسماء الفائزين ستعلن أيضاً على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة باللولو والموقع الخاص باللولو.
لاستلام الجائزة حسب قوانين البلدية، سيحتاج الفائز الحضور إلى المتجر المحدد في الوقت المحدد (المذكور في الرسالة)، بالوثائق التالية:
أ - بطاقة الهوية القطرية الأصلية.
ب – رسالة البريد الإلكتروني من متجر اللولو التي توضح أنه هو الفائز.
في حال لم يأت الفائز إلى المتجر المحدد في الموعد المحدد بالوثائق المطلوبة، لن يحصل على الجائزة.
لا يحق للعاملين في متاجر اللولو أو لأي من أفراد عائلاتهم الاشتراك في هذا العرض.
إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية
المشاركة في هذا العرض تعطي متجر اللولو الحق في استخدام أسماء المشتركين ومعلوماتهم الشخصية أو أي تصريحات أدلى بها المشتركون بخصوص هذا العرض أو متجر اللولو للدعاية والأغراض الترويجية دون إشعار مسبق أو تعويض، إلا في الحالات التي يمنعها القانون.
أي نزاع بشأن العرض سيتوجب الخضوع لمحاكم قطر.
The Promotion is valid from 25th of April 2024 to 3rd of August 2024.
Every Purchase of Supermarket & Department store products worth QAR.50 is eligible for get a E-raffle coupon.
This promotion is only valid for customers who:
a) Every Purchase of Lulu Hypermarket or Lulu Webstore worth QAR.50 or more in a single transaction at any of LuLu outlets in Qatar including Lulu webstore.
b) Are Qatar resident’s 18 years old and above.
To get the raffle coupon, the customer shall:
a) Keep this shopping receipt showing Purchase of Lulu Hypermarket or Lulu Webstore worth QAR.50 or more during the promotion period.
b) Register online by visiting https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-qa/pages/1million-e-raffle on the phone/ pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his receipt ID before 3rd of August 2024, 11.59.pm.
Or
c) Go to the Customer Service Desk in the store and on the laptops provided in the store register by filling in all the details with valid civil id also.
Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
Once the customer has registered, the next time he/she wants to participate with a new receipt, he/she only needs to enter the mobile number only and the new receipt ID.
A Receipt can be claimed only once.
Multiple bills combined to reach the Purchase of supermarket & department store products QAR.50 value will not be eligible for a raffle coupon.
Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.
The raffle coupons will be sent by email and SMS.
The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours.
The customer needs to save the SMS / email for future use.
LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
Please be noted that for the registration process, it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.
LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest LuLu.
LuLu reserves its right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice.
The draw for the winners will be done under the supervision of the concerned municipality officials.
The raffle draws for Shop to Win Worth QAR. 1 million Cash Prizes, Gift Vouchers & 1 million Loyalty Points promotion. will be held on 05th of August 2024, Lulu Hypermarket, D-Ring Road.
The winner’s names will be also announced on Lulu’s social media channels, website and in the stores.
To claim the prize, as per the municipality rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within the stipulated time (mentioned in the communication), with the following documents:
a. Qatari ID original.
b. Email from LuLu intimating about winning the prize.
If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize.
Employees of LuLu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for LuLu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and LuLu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Qatar.
