• STORY: Periyasamy is a farmer in Tamil Nadu, leading a simple and happy life with his wife, Paapathi, and their children, he is a content man with no regrets. One day, the family astrologer Kaali happens to visit them and he ends up making accurate predictions about their past and then eventually tells them a dangerous future too. Very soon the words become true. Periyasamy's world turns upside down the very same day and just as the astrologer had predicted, Paapathi slips and injures her head, and immediately succumbs to her injuries. Years pass by, Periyasamy's children get married and move to Chennai for their livelihood leaving him alone in the village to be his own company.
