Terms and Conditions: Electronic Raffle draw
The Promotion is valid from 15th March 2023 to 25th April 2023.
A customer who spends BHD 5 at LuLu Hypermarket Bahrain’s All branches is eligible for an Electronic raffle Draw.
This promotion is only valid for customers who:
a) Spend BHD 5 or more at any of LuLu outlets & Online in Bahrain
b) All Bahrain Residents
To get the raffle coupon, the customer shall:
a) Keep his shopping receipt showing spend of BHD 5 or more during the promotion period
b) A Customer who spends BHD 5 at Participating brands is eligible for 2 raffle coupons (Not eligible For Online Customer)
c) Register online by visiting (https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-bh/pages/raffle/lulu-live-for-free)on the phone/pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his receipt number until 27th April 2023.
Or
d) Go to the Customer Service Desk in the store and on the laptops provided in the store register by filling in all the details.
1. Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
2. Once the customer has registered, the next time they have to participate with a new receipt, she/ he only needs to enter the mobile number only and the new receipt number.
3. A Receipt can be claimed only once.
4. Multiple bills combined to reach the Amount BHD 5 value will not be eligible for Electronic raffle Draw.
5. Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
6. The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.
7. The Electronic Raffle number will be sent by email and sms (text message).
8. The Electronic Raffle Number will be issued on valid claims only.
9. The Electronic Raffle Number will be sent out within 48 working hours of registration.
10. The customer needs to save the SMS (text message) / email for future use.
11. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
12. Please note it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID for registering. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.
13. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
14. If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest LuLu.
15. LuLu reserves its right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice after MOICT approval.
16. The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of the concerned (MOIC) Ministry officials.
17. The raffle draw for the winners will be conducted Every 6 days / Dates: 22-3-2023, 29-3-2023, 5-4-2023, 12-4-2023, 19-4-2023, 30-4-2023.
18. The winner’s names will be also announced on LuLu’s social media channels, website and in the stores.
19. To claim the prize, as per the Ministry rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within 6 months, with the following documents:
a. Bahrain ID original.
b. Email or short SMS from LuLu intimating about winning the prize.
20. If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize.
21. If the Customer did not come to claim the prizes with in 6 months, the prizes will go to MOIC custody
22. Employees of LuLu, and their sister concerns, also Participating brands employees as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for LuLu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and LuLu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Bahrain.
