Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nestlé Gold Corn Flakes®
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried fruits

Cooking Directions/Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 175° C. 
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add the egg. 
  • Add the flour, baking powder and the raisins or dried fruits, stirring until well combined. 
  • Shape dough into balls and roll in Nestlé Country Corn Flakes®.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. 
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 175° C
