Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Fitness Granola (Quinoa, Almond & Chocolate)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut sugar (or regular brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt

How to Prepare

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas and then add 2 eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Mix well
  • Add almond flour, baking soda and powder, 2 tsp cinnamon and salt. Mix well
  • Fold in 1 cup granola
  • Line a baking tray and fill in the cups with the muffin mix
  • In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup granola with 1 tsp cinnamon and top each muffin with this mixture
  • Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 18 mins.
