To apply the mascara look down into a mirror and press the wand tight into the lash root, then wiggle it from side-to-side, as you draw it from root to tip. To dial up the smokey eye drama apply mascara to your lower lashes. Never pump your mascara wand in and out of the tube - the trapped air dries it out.
