➢Beef Sirloin Steak 200g➢British Roast Spice 3g➢Country Style BBQ 3g➢Australian Carrots 70g➢Broccoli 70g➢Mashed Potato 100g➢Butter 50g➢Sunflower Oil 20ml➢Pepper Sauce 100g

Preparation Methods
❖Grill the beef steak on the griddle/heavy bottom pan, on low heat 8 to 10 minutes changing sides every2 minutes.❖Boil the Broccoli & Carrot.❖Heat a Pan with butter.❖Add the boiled broccoli, Carrot, add seasoning & sauté for 1 minute.❖Add the salt to taste if required.❖Microwave the Mash potato for around 60 seconds.
