The promotion is valid from 25^th May to 8^th June 2024
    
This promotion is valid for customers who:-
• Spend RO 5  or more in a single receipt at Lulu Wadi Kabir in Oman is eligible to the electronic draw.
• Combined bills to the required value will not be eligible.
• Residents of Oman and are 18 years or above can enter the draw.
• Customers shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided while registering.
• Customers who have registered, need to only enter their Mobile Number and the new  receipt ID for eligible purchases during the promotion, subsequently.
• A receipt can be claimed only once.
• Purchase of gift voucher or Shopping gift cards are not included in this promotion.
• The registered claim will be validated to calculate the number of valid chances for the customer.
• The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
• Customers will need to save the email / SMS for reference.
• Please note that for the registration process, it is preferable that customers use their personal Email ID. Using company or corporate Email address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s mail policies.
• Online registration closes on 10^th June 2024.
• Lulu is not responsible for any delivery failure of the coupons on account of wrong   information.
• Lulu is not responsible for any delivery failure of the coupons due to network or   technical issues of the service provider.
• In the event of any clarifications regarding the raffle coupons issued, customers may get in touch with the Customer Service Desk at Lulu Wadi Kabir.
• The draw of the winners will be under the supervision of officials from the concerned  Municipality.
• The Raffle Draw for the 3 winners and prizes in LuLu Wadi Kabir Anniversary will be completed  by 12th June 2024.
• The winners name will be announced on Lulu’s Social Media handles and on our website.
• Employees of Lulu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

• Winning prizes are to be redeemed within 90 days from the end of the promotion.
• Color and specification of the prizes are available depending on the availability.

• للمواطنين والمقيمين في سلطنة عمان من سن ١٨ عاماً و أكبر.

• العملاء مسؤلين عن دقة المعلومات المقدمة وقت التسجيل. 

• للتسجيل مرة ثانية، ما عليك سوى تسجيل رقم الهاتف الخاص بك و رقم قسيمة الشراء الجديدة.

• قسيمة الشراء تستخدم مرة واحدة فقط.

• شراء قسيمة الهدايا لاتؤهلك في دخول السحب.

• القسائم المشاركة سوف تُحسب لمعرفة كم قسيمة شارك بها كل شخص.

• قسائم السحب ستصدر على القسائم الصحيحة فقط.

• يجب على العميل الاحتفاظ بالرسالة القصيرة أو البريد الإلكتروني للاستخدام كمرجع.

• يرجى الملاحظة بأن من الأفضل استخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك أثناء التسجيل. استخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بعملك يمكن أن يؤدي لأن تحسب رسائلنا كدعاية أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها بسبب سياسات الشركة المعنية.

• يغلق التسجيل عبر الانترنت في ١٠ يونيو ٢٠٢٤

• لولو غير مسؤول عن أي فشل في تسليم القسائم بسبب معلومات خاطئة.

• لولو غير مسؤول عن الفشل في توصيل قسائم السحب بسبب أي مشاكل فنية أو مشاكل من مزود الخدمة.

• في حالة وجود أي توضيحات بخصوص كوبونات السحب الصادرة، يمكن للعملاء التواصل مع مكتب خدمة العملاء في لولو الوادي الكبير.

• سوف يتم السحب على أسماء الفائزين تحت إشراف مسؤولي البلدية المعنية.

• سحب ٣ فائزين سيكون في اللولو وادي كبير بمناسبة الذكرى السنوية و سينتهي في تاريخ ١٢ يونيو ٢٠٢٤

• أسماء الفائزين ستعلن أيضاً على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الخاصة باللولو و الموقع الخاص باللولو

• موظفو لولو  والشركات الشقيقة ، فضلاً عن أفراد عائلة الموظفين ، غير مؤهلين للمشاركة في العرض.

• يتم تسليم  الجوائز الفائزة في غضون ٩٠ يومًا من نهاية العرض الترويجي

• لون ومواصفات الجوائز متوفرة حسب توفر المنتج.
