Terms and Conditions: E Raffle
The Promotion is valid from 20th October 2021 till 25th October 2021.
Every 5 BHD spend on Made in Egypt products is eligible for a e raffle coupon.
This promotion is only valid for customers who:
a. Spend 5 BHD or more in a single transaction at any of LuLu outlets in Bahrain (LuLuwebstore is not included in the promotion)
b. The Participant should be 18 years old and above.
To get the raffle coupon, the customer shall:
a) Keep his shopping receipt showing spend of 5 BHD or more during the promotion period / SMS of the E Raffle Number.
b) Register online by Scanning the QR Code or by visiting https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-bh/raffle/egyptian-festival on the phone/ pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his receipt ID before 25th October 2021.
1. Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
2. Once the customer has registered, the next time he/ she wants to participate with a new receipt, she/ he only needs to enter the mobile number only and the new receipt ID.
3. A Receipt can be claimed only once.
4. Multiple bills combined to reach the BHD 5 value will not be eligible for a raffle coupon.
5. Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
6. The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.
7. The raffle coupons will be sent by email and sms.
8. The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
9. The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours.
10. The customer needs to save the sms / email for future use.
11. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
12. Please be noted that for the registration process, it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.
13. LuLu is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
14. If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest LuLu.
15. The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism.
16. The raffle draw for the 6 Air ticket winners will be on 1st November 2021.
17. The winner’s names will be also announced on LuLu’s social media channels, website and in the stores.
18. To claim the prize, as per the MOICT Bahrain rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within the stipulated time (mentioned in the massage or email communication), with the following documents:
· Original CPR.
· Email or SMS from LuLu intimating about winning the prize.
19. If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within 6 months after promotion finish, then he/she forfeits the prize.
20. Employees of LuLu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for LuLu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and LuLu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice Remuneration or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
شروط وأحكام السحب: السحب الإلكتروني
يسري العرض من 20 أكتوبر 2021 حتى 25 أكتوبر 2021
العميل الذي ينفق 5 دنانير على منتجات مصر ية في جميع أفرع لولو هايبر ماركت في البحرين مؤهل للحصول على كوبون السحب الإلكتروني.
هذا العرض صالح فقط للعملاء الذين يتوفر فيهم التالي:
أ/ أنفق 5 دنانير أو أكثر في أي من متاجر لولو هايبر ماركت في البحرين (لا تشمل مشتريات لولو عبر الإنترنت في العرض الترويجي)
ب/ أن يكون عمر المشارك 18 سنة أو أكثر.
من اجل الحصول على كوبون السحب، يجب :
ا/ الإحتفاظ برصيد الشراء الخاص بك الذي يثبت إنفاق 5 دنانير أو أكثر خلال فترة العرض.
ب/ التسجيل عبر الموقع الإلكتروني https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-bh/raffle/egyptian-festivalعن طريق هاتف النقال، أو كمبيوتر، أو تابلت و ملأ كافة البيانات المطلوبة بما فيها رقم رصيد الشراء حتى 25 أكتوبر 2021.
1. يعتبر كل مشترك مسئول مسؤليه كامله عن إعطاء المعلومات الكامله والصحيحه للمشاركة في العرض .
2. للمشاركة مره ثانيه ما عليك سوى إدخال رقم الهاتف الخاص بك ورقم رصيد الشراء الجديد.
3. يمكن المطالبة بالإيصال مرة واحدة فقط.
4. الفواتير المتعددة مجتمعة لتصل إلى قيمة 5 دنانير لن تكون مؤهلة للسحب الإلكتروني
5. شراء كوبون الهدايا لا يؤهلك للدخول في السحب .
6. سوف يتم التحقق من الأرصدة المسجلة حتى يتم حساب عدد فرص التأهل المستحقة للعميل.
7. سوف نقوم بإرسال رقم الاشتراك الخاص بك عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة والبريد الإلكتروني.
8. سيصدر رقم كوبون إلكتروني على الأرصدة الصحيحة فقط.
9. سوف نقوم بإرسال أرقام السحب الإلكترونية في خلال 48 ساعة خلال أوقات العمل بعد التسجيل.
10. يجب على العميل الإحتفاظ بالرسالة القصيرة أو البريد الإلكتروني للإستخدام في المستقبل.
11. متجر اللولو غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب معلومات خاطئة من العميل.
12. يرجى الملاحظة انه من الأفضل إستخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك أثناء التسجيل وليس البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بعملك حيث يمكن أن يؤدي بأن تحسب رسائلنا كدعاية أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها بسبب سياسات الشركة المعنية.
13. يعتبر متجر اللولو غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب أي مشاكل فنية أو مشاكل في شبكات الإتصالات.
14. إذا أراد العميل إعادة التأكد من أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية الصادرة له، يمكنه زيارة مكتب خدمة العملاء في أقرب متجر لولو.
15. سوف يتم السحب على أسماء الفائزين تحت إشراف مسؤولي الوزارة (وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والسياحة) المعنية.
16. سيتم إجراء السحب على الفائزين لــ 6 تذاكر السفر في 1 نوفمبر 2021.
17. سيتم إعلان أسماء الفائزين عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الخاصة بلولو و الموقع الخاص بلولو وداخل المتاجر.
18. للمطالبة بالجائزة ، وفقًا لقواعد وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والسياحة في البحرين، سيحتاج الفائز إلى الحضور إلى المتجر المخصص في غضون الوقت المحدد (المذكور في الرسالة النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني)، مع المستندات التالية:
§ بطاقة الذكية البحرينية الأصلية.
§ رسالة البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية قصيرة من متجر اللولو التي توضح أسم الفائز
19. إذا لم يأت الفائز لأي سبب من الأسباب إلى المتجر المعين ومعه الأوراق المطلوبة لأخذ الجائزة خلال 6 أشهر من بعد إنتهاء العرض، فسيخسر الجائزة.
20. لا يحق للعاملين في متاجر اللولو والعاملين في العلامات التجارية المشاركة أو لأي من أفراد عائلاتهم الإشتراك في هذا العرض.
إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية
المشاركة في هذا العرض تعطي متجر اللولو الحق في إستخدام أسماء المشتركين و معلوماتهم الشخصية أو أي تصريحات أدلى بها المشتركون بخصوص هذا العرض أو متجر اللولو للدعاية و الأغراض الترويجية دون إشعار مسبق أو تعويض، إلا في الحالات التي يمنعها القانون.
