Usage Instruction:
Pull the inner tube out as shown the in picture. Use thumb and middle finger to hold applicator. The tampon is in the applicator.
Place the round applicator tip into your vaginal opening.
Push: Support the applicator and with index finger, push inner tube all the way into the outer tube.
Retract: Once tampon is inserted, remove the plastic applicator & dispose it off in a bin.
Remove: To remove the tampon, pull the string downwards, diagonally. Dispose off responsibly in a Sirona Tampon & Condom Disposal Bag.
