Terms & Conditions:

The Promotion is organized and promoted by Unilever (the “Company”) for the brand “Brooke Bond”.

This text is the contract that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) in contracting the activation of the Promotion. The Consumer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions laid herein. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion.

The Company reserves the right to revise the T&Cs at any time and you will be notified of such revision(s) by posting an updated version on www.winwithbrookebond.com. You are responsible for regular review of the T&Cs. 

Article 1: Scope

1. The Promotion & online entries submissions will be from May 1, 2023, at 00:01 am until May 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm included. The Company reserves the right to extend the last day of submission of entries without prior notice.
2. The competition is valid in UAE for nationals and residents only, aged 18 years old or older, having a valid national identity or Passport.
3. The competition will cover Brooke Bond Red Label products sold in the UAE across LuLu stores.

Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism 

1. To enter the Promotion, the Consumer shall buy Brooke Bond Red Label product(s) worth AED 25 from any LuLu store or LuLu ecommerce website, connect online to www.winwithbrookebond.com, register, and upload their receipt.
2. The Promotion is running from May 1, 2023, from 00:01 am until May 31, 2023, until 11:59 pm included. After this date, no more participation will be possible, unless the Company decides to extend the validity of the Promotion.
3. The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal & purchase details: Full Name, Email Address and Phone number. The Consumer grants the Company irrevocably the right to use such contact information (including photos) if any for marketing activities. 
   1. The Consumer shall be responsible for giving his/her correct and complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false participant information. 
   2. Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will not be accepted.
4. The Consumer must upload their receipt to access the online game and find out instantly if they won or lost.
5. Any consumer can only win once during the whole promotion.
6. At any stage of the Promotion if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Consumer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited.  

Article 3: Winners’ eligibility

1. The Winners if eligible as per the terms, will receive a validation winning email with their prize details.
2. The Company reserves the right to exclude a participant from the participants' list if he/she is not matching with the terms and conditions of eligibility, based upon the below-mentioned reasons:

1. Fake identity or incorrect personal information
2. Cheating suspicion
3. Information requested was not received on time
4. Any other reasons deemed by the Company as invalid

3. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) or Participant(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner. 
4. The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

5. If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.

Article 4: Prizes details

1. 40 Starzplay vouchers worth 1-year subscription 
2. 180 LuLu vouchers worth AED 100 each
3. 75 cricket kits worth AED 350 each

1. The company's decision is final regarding the selection of Winners and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for other prizes or other considerations.
3. Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.
4. Prizes may be subject to availability and prize visuals used are for illustration only and actual prize may differ. 

Article 5: Prize Collection 

1. The valid Winner must have received the winning validation email including their prize collection details in his/her registered email address used for playing. 
2. The winners are fully responsible to share their correct details with us. 
3. The agency will contact the winner regarding the collection of their prize within 4-5 weeks from winning date.  
4. Unilever shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it.

Article 6: Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimers

1. The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photographs, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Consumer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
3. The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by Dubai courts.

Article 8: Promotion

1. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company and its nominees, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its nominees is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account, or any combination thereof.
2. The Company and its nominees reserve the right to alter/withdraw the game scheme at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company and its nominees will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify the T&Cs at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised T&Cs in the following URL www.winwithbrookebond.com
3. The decision(s) of the Company and its nominees in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.
4. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company and its nominees shall be final and binding on all concerned.
