I’ve had this about a month after tweaking the settings I am happy with the picture. The set starts up quickly. The remote is fun to use.The HDR is acceptable but not great at this price point it’s good.

I am savvy with my iPhone and MacBook and spectrum remote, but this remote is a challenge. Several steps too get my TV on and sometimes also requires use of my spectrum remote. If you have familial tremors. it takes two hands to position selection. In spite of all this, essentially I can access most of what I want to view. When you run into problems takes effort to figure out solution, e.g. lightening storm and power loss, getting both this tv and spectrum cable box takes a bit of doing. Like everything else when you get to figure out things, everything his ok. Past of learnkingprocess. End result is TV is fine and has tons of features that if I don't use, my grandkids seem to be auto programmed to know how access. Everything else about the TV is top notch quality and vale priced.

Good tv clear and bright picture. Home screen is a bit clunky to drive but once you figure it out works well. Would buy this tv again

I bought the product at Costco 3 weeks ago.Worked for two days then power did not work at all.Could not be revived even with LG customer service help (would be better if customer service was in the US)exchanged 2 days ago and we'll see.....Certainly a good set for the price

Bought it in April and have had repeated problems. Not big ones but little ones often enough that I wish I could return it and get my money back. It goes back to apps that I try to get out of all by itself, sometimes home button doesn’t even work. It takes a minute for the picture to come into focus and it’s starting to just not go and stay black when I choose a show or app. Also, it takes time to load once I get it to go onto an app/streaming service. Thank God I have my Roku hooked up to it cause at least through that I can get in and out of shows and services with ease,

I bought this TV about two months ago after reviewing the specs on many. It is one I had my mind set for a while and finally Costco had it at a good price. Setting up was easy. Out of the box, it worked as an antenna TV with no issues. Setting up Alexa was bit difficult. Called Costco Concierge Service and within a half hour, it was all set up. Though the TV package said it has Alexa built in and it came with the voice remote, it seems to need an external Alexa device like the Echo show which we had, I was told by the Concierge service that I could contact LG service directly to get it set up without needing an external Echo-show device. I did not opt to do it because the time constraints. Sound quality is good without the use of an external speakers. I use it with a Beats blue tooth earphone. Setting that up was breeze.

Good picture, sound could use a boost. Not enough volume.
