- Cardholders will get 15% discount on eligible transactions that meet the minimum spend requirement.
- Offer excludes transactions that are made before or after the promotion validity dates.
- Customers are eligible for only 2 transaction per card per month.
- Maximum discount is capped at AED 50.
- Offer valid on purchases made through www.luluhypermarket.com & LuLu app UAE.
- The Promotion is applicable only to eligible transactions made with FAB & Dubai first cards and does not apply to transactions made with any other payment method or any other bank cards.
- This offer will not apply if you pay using your LuLu Credits or Apple Pay or LuLu Gift cards.
- Offer is non-transferable & The promotion does not apply to LuLu Gift cards.
- Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the qualifying customer/ cardholder for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of qualifying customer/ cardholder under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions

- These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the luluhypermarket.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using luluhypermarket.com and Terms & Conditions of Cards of FAB & Dubai first. - The Offer is valid until 31st December 2024 (collectively "Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Lulu Hypermarket (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
- Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a “Product”, and collectively “Products”) in LuLu Hypermarket platform and makes payment using a FAB & Dubai first cards shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 15% (maximum amount of AED 50) provided that such transaction is equivalent to or exceeds AED 250.
- This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or LuLu cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount actually paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
- LuLu Hypermarket and/or the FAB & Dubai first reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. Lulu Hypermarket and FAB & Dubai first reserve their right to initiate legal recourses in the event of cheating or any other fraudulent activity by the person(s) trying to avail the Offer.
- LuLu hypermarket and/or the FAB & Dubai first reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
