  1. The Promotion is valid from 10th May to 8th July, 2017.
    a . Every single purchase of RO 10 spent is eligible to the electronic draw.

  2. This promotion is only valid for customers who:
    a . Spend RO 10 or more in a single transaction at any of Lulu outlets in Oman. (Luluwebstore is not included in the promotion)
    b . Are residents' of Oman and are 18 years old and above.

  3. In order to get the raffle coupon the customer shall:  
    a . Keep his shopping receipt indicating the spend of RO 10 or more during the promotion period.
    b . Register onlineby visiting www.luluhypermarket.com/om/gmcdraw on the phone/tablet/pc and filling in all requested details including Receipt ID before 8th July, 2017.
    Or
    c . Visit the Customer Service Desk at the Store and fill up the details on the laptop provided
    d . Customers shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided while registering.
    e . Customers who have been registered, need to only enter the Mobile Number and the new Receipt ID for eligible purchases during the promotion, subsequently.
    f . A Receipt can be claimed only once.
    g . Multiple bills combined to the required value of RO 10/- will not be eligible.
    h . Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion‎ eligibility.
    i . The registered claim will be validated to calculate the number of valid chances for the customer.
    j . The raffle coupon for valid claims will be sent by email and SMS within 48 working hours.
    k . The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
    l . The customers will need to save the email/SMS for reference.
    m . Lulu is not responsible for any delivery failure of the coupons on account of wrong information.
    n . Please be noted that for the registration process, it's preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company's respective policies.
    o . Lulu is not responsible for any delivery failure of the coupons due to network and technical issues of the Service Providers.
    p . In the event of any clarifications regarding the raffle coupons issued, customers may visit the Customer Service Desk at the nearest Lulu.
    q . Lulu reserves the right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of the entries without prior notice.
    r . The draw of the winners will be under the supervision of officials from the concerned Municipality.
    s . The raffle draw for the 8 GMC YUKON 4 WDs in the Lulu-GMC Dream Drive will be completed by 13th July, 2017.
    t . The winner’s name will be announced on Lulu’s social handles and on the website.

  4. To claim the prize, as per the municipality rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within the stipulated time(mentioned in the communication), with the following documents: 
    a . Original Resident Card original.
    b . Email from Lulu intimating about winning the prize.
    c . Every single purchase of RO 10 spent is eligible to the electronic draw.
    d . If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize. e . Employees of Lulu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the Lulu Dream Drive Car promotion. f . Colour and specifications of the winnings may vary depending on availability. g . Vehicles will be handed over to the winners only on completion of the promotion. h . Winning prizes are to be redeemed within 90 days from the end of the promotion. i . Purchase limit may apply.

Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for Lulu to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and Lulu for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Sultanate of Oman.
Question 1: Will I get cash back on purchase of any product?
Answer: No, only participating products.
Question 2: Where can I find the list of participating products?
Answer: Campaign leaflet that are available at the store and LuLu website
Question 3: Will I get the cash back for all the participating products?
Answer: Yes, provided your total bill amount is a minimum of 100 AED including the participating products.
For ex: If the shopper buys 2 participating products and his total bill is 65 AED -> Not Eligible If the shopper buys 1 participating products and his total bill is 100 AED -> Eligible
Question 4: Will I get the cash back on purchase of the same product multiple times?
Answer: No, you will get the cash back only once for one product.
For ex: If the shopper buys 2 soap packs of each 50 AED. So, the total bill is 100 AED -> Eligible However, the cash back will be done only for one soap pack which will be only 50 AED.
Question 5: How can I get the cash back?
Answer: 3 Simple Steps:
1 - BUY the participating products and keep your receipt.
2 - CONNECT to www.luluhypermaket.com/cashback or SCAN the QR code to access the claim site.
3 - FOLLOW the instructions on the claim site and get the cash back.
Question 6: When can I claim my cash back?
Answer: You can claim your cash back online anytime between 30th of September of 2015 and 9th of October 2015.
Question 7: When will I receive my cash back?
Answer: You will receive your cash back in 3 weeks from the date of claim.
Question 8: Will I get the cash back in real cash?
Answer: No, you will get it in the form of LuLu vouchers. Vouchers will be sent by email.
Question 9: How can I use my cash back LuLu voucher?
Answer: You can use your cash back LuLu voucher on purchase of any products in any Lulu stores, UAE.However, the voucher will be valid for two weeks after purchasing.
Question 10: Can I use the voucher more than one time?
Answer: No, the voucher can be used only once.
Question 11: Can I use the voucher for online purchase?
Answer: No, the voucher can be used only in the stores.
Question 12: What if I don’t get my cash back?

Question 13: What happens to my personal details provided at the time of claim?
Answer: Your personal details will be saved in LuLu database and you will be informed of any future promotions/offers. Your personal details will not be used/shared for any other purpose.

Answer: The shopper will solely be responsible for providing the correct details in order to receive the cash back.
Question 15: Can I buy all the participating products at one time and will I get cash back for all participating products?
