Extended Warranty

  • Extended Warranty is an Extension of original manufacturing warranty.
  • Extended Warranty Starts after the manufacturing warranty ends.
  • Items below AED 100 are not entitled to extended warranty coverage.
  • Once the product is replaced the extended warranty also ends. The customer should purchase new extended warranty for the replaced item.
  • Physical/ Liquid damage/ abuse/ misuse/ accidental damages/ scratch & rust are not covered under EW. Same breakdown cover as original product warranty. Original product warranty exclusions apply.
  • Damages resulting from natural disasters such as lightning, fire, floods, Earthquake etc. excluded
  • Coverage will not be applicable if serial number is changed or removed
  • Unauthorized repairs is not covered under EW
  • Software damage is not covered in the EW
  • EW does not cover for commercial use
  • If the repairs exceeds 15 working days customer shall be eligible for replacement/ reimbursed through voucher issued by lulu
  • The customer can take the product directly to the authorized service center or customer can drop at Lulu & Lulu will co-ordinate with AAA/ authorized service center to get service done.
  • For the EW to be activated, Customer needs to provide complete details including name Mobile number Article/ Barcode etc. on the EW portal. The store customer service staff can help complete the process.
